Processing
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days from our US fulfillment center. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Delivery
Standard US delivery arrives in 3–6 business days. Express is 1–2 business days. Free standard shipping applies automatically on orders over $75.
Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If a formula didn't work for your hair, contact us — we'll help you find one that does.
Damaged parcels
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the item at no cost. No return shipping required.
